After a long day of travel I arrived at Arches National Park. The forecast for the week was bleak but tonight looked like it might be special. I forgot how dark the night gets without the city lights. As I pulled up to the turnoff, I looked up and could see the Milky Way as clear as day. As the Milky Way made it’s way through the cold night it passed straight through the arch. I was blown away by the beauty as I felt so small in this universe.
