I found this location while walking around the Bethesda Fountain in Central Park. It was early on a Saturday afternoon and the fountain was crowded with people. I managed to fire off a few shots looking up the stairs of the arcade without catching anyone in the shot. The detail of the tiles and floor are what makes this shot special.
