America's pride was on full display in downtown Chicago this Fourth of July holiday weekend. To capture the flag and bridge along the Chicago river I used a tilt-shift lens, which is designed to help correct distorted lines in images and can also be used for selective focusing. Using this lens I was able to blur parts of the image in camera to produce this unique effect.
